Eleanor Lang Appointed Chief Executive Of The Shaftesbury Theatre
Eleanor Lang, who is currently Executive Director of Stratford East, takes over the role currently held by James Williams in November 2024.
Williams - who has led the Shaftesbury Theatre for over 20 years, during which time he has overseen the most successful artistic and financial period in the history of the theatre - will continue to work alongside Eleanor in an advisory capacity.

DLT Licenses 2024 Olivier Awards to Britbox
It was a perfect match - the London version of the Tonys (presented by The Society of London Theatres) and streaming service BritBox. Thanks to the deal brokered by DLT Entertainment, BritBox subscribers in US, Canada and Australia can now exclusively watch the star-studded ceremony. This is the first time The Olivier Awards have been available outside The UK.
Next Stage of Shaftesbury's Master Plan Completed
The 1911 bar is the latest in a series of major works which have been undertaken at the Grade II listed building including a second private hospitality space, the Taffner Suite, a cutting-edge air-conditioning system to reduce energy costs, a lift which allows people with mobility issues, and the addition of thirteen spaces for wheelchairs in the Theatre’s auditorium.

Juniper Productions, was founded by Samir Shah, who sold the company to DLT to take up the prestigious role of BBC Chair. Shah’s leadership at Juniper led to a robust slate of award-winning content. DLT's acquisition represents a new chapter for the company as it continues to thrive under new ownership.

Retaining a portfolio of over 70 existing clients, the re-brand is bolstered by the addition of Alexei Sayle, Georgina Cudby, Michelle Ogundehin, Craig Blake, and Bruce Langley to their books and follows the recent departure of Becky Fuller. BSV is lead by Michele Milburn, MD of MMB Creative working alongside advertising executive Tania Feeley.
